The way we are required to work in this country, the bottom line is that you need to eat. While these two teachers may be able to “starve” themselves through a month of teaching our youngsters on a poor diet, I would challenge them to try to deprive thier bodies of calories pushing 60 hours a week as a business executive or attorney in this state. While I admire them for thier dedication, I find it grossly misplaced. Nobody in North County sustains the high price of living here, well balanced with the time consuming task of prepping, sorting, and “seeking” out food alternatives. Way too time consuming – Gotta run….I’ve got a US VP of Sales up my rear end to put up some numbers so I don’t end up in the unemployment line…and I’m out to find a $6.00 sandwich at Pipes before I run back to the office. It’s official, Encinitas has the largest population of kooks in San Diego County. Kerri Leonard nodded. “It didn’t start as a big statement — it began as a way to save money,”. Excellent then Kerri, it is still not a big statement, it’s kooky. Barack Obama’s brother lives in a mud shack in Kenya on less than $1 per month, why don’t you try that in Encinitas as well. I on the other hand am having steak and eggs, because meat is murder and murder tastes great!

I truly appreciate the effort taken by these two, but to me it does not make sense. I lived in India for a while, 1$ is equivalent to almost 50 indian rupees. 50 rupees is sufficient to eat three square meals a day, not as much as you one might want to eat, but just enough. 2.50$ is plenty enough when converted into indian rupees to spend on food alone, per day.

I sure do admire these two. I tried cutting my consumption with slim easy pro, but I got absolutely sick as a dog not long after that. I don’t what they put in it, but I’m NEVER going to try that stuff–slim easy pro–EVER AGAIN!!!

I wish I had the dedication of these two, personally i use slim easy pro to cut my consumption. It may cost a little more than $1 a day but it keeps me from wasting the ever-more decreasing value of the dollar on food. Slim shake by slim easy pro is what I use, you can eat for less than a dollar a day for 15 days with their free trial, plus they give you free atkins bars. I wish I would've known about them before i tried using slim fast, the taste is much more comforting than grainy slim fast, and its cheaper.
