Scripps Encinitas Service Ambassador and Encinitas resident Michaele Bookstore took a sunny delivery from Sunflowerguy.com, a Vista-based distributor of sunflowers. The company donated more than 15,000 flowers to Scripps hospitals. Each hospital received approximately 3,000 flowers, which were scooped up by patients, staff and visitors to the hospital.
