SAN MARCOS — The city of San Marcos Raggedy Ann and Andy preschoolers Program will host “Breakfast with the Littlest Pumpkin” from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Oct. 18 at the San Marcos Community Center, 3 Civic Center Drive. Patrons are encouraged to wear costumes and bring quarters for fun carnival games geared toward preschool and elementary ages. Tickets are $5 for adults and $4 for children and can be purchased in advance or at the door. Breakfast will include pancakes, eggs, sausage and orange juice or coffee.
