Families were invited to dress in their Halloween costumes and have a pancake breakfast with the “Littlest Pumpkin” on Oct. 18. There were carnival games geared toward preschool and elementary school students. The event was a fundraiser for the city of San Marcos Raggedy Ann & Andy Preschoolers Program.
